OP Vacation Rentals vacation cabins Reservations can only be confirmed AFTER speaking with us on the telephone.  Booking Inquiries and Reservation Requests submitted securely online are not to be considered confirmed reservations until a written confirmation has been received via email.

BOOK DIRECT & SAVE!!!  There are no booking fees, reservation fees, hidden fees, and rates are not based upon double occupancy with an add-on rate for additional guests.  We are happy to provide rate quotes as part of your inquiry reply which will include the Nightly Rate + Cleaning Fee + Tax.   

All of the vacation rentals and vacation cabins on this site are small independently owned and operated vacation rental cabins.  When you inquire and book directly with us, the vacation rental owners, you save those unnecessary booking fees, traveler fees, and service fees charged by VRBO, HomeAway, AirBnB, TripAdvisor and other large booking sites.  Booking direct with owners affords you the opportunity for direct communication with a real person familiar with the properties who can answer any questions you may have to better assure the vacation experience you desire.

MINIMUM Stay Requirements:  2-night minimum in Off-Peak Season.  3 or 7 night minimum in Peak Season and Shoulder Season depending upon property.  Refer to each properties separate listing page for their minimum stay requirements which can vary by property and from season to season.

Check-in and Check-out times for all properties are:  Check-in 4:00pm  |  Check-out 11:00am

(When possible, we will always try to be flexible with these times with prior arrangements.)

RESERVATION DEPOSIT

A Reservation Deposit equivalent to one night's stay, plus tax, is due at time of booking to secure reservation.

This deposit is not a refundable security deposit - it is a payment towards your stay paid in advance and is only refundable in accordance with the terms of our Cancellation Policy.  Please review our Cancellation Policy prior to making a Reservation Deposit. 

If a reservation is made within ten (10) days of scheduled arrival, the entire amount is due a time of booking

RESERVATION BALANCE

The remaining balance (rental balance + cleaning fee + tax) is due ten (10) calendar days prior to the date of arrival, and will be AUTOMATICALLY charge to the credit card provided for the Reservation Deposit payment.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

The following credit cards are accepted for payment: VISA, MasterCard & Discover

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date to receive a full refund; after 60 days refund only if canceled days are re-booked.  

CLEANING FEE

There may be a per stay Cleaning Fee at some of the properties.  This fee is in addition to the rents and is subject to Washington State Lodging Tax.  The amount of the Cleaning Fee is determined by the property owner(s) and can be found on each property's details page.

PETS

Although all of the property owners once allowed pet guests, they regret they are no longer able to do so because of the excessive property damage over the years.  Please review the Policies page for complete Pet Policy.
