Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date to receive a full refund; after 60 days refund only if canceled days are re-booked. 

Pet Policy
All of the property owners regret that although they all once allowed pet guests, they are no longer able to do so because of the excessive property damage over the years.  Evidence of pets entering, staying at or having stayed at any of the rentals may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund for rents paid and/or a charge of $250 unauthorized pet fee.

-  Off-Peak Season:  2-night minimum stay

-  Shoulder Season: 3-night minimum stay

-  On-Peak Season: minimum stay requirements vary - please refer to specific property page for details
-  Cleaning Fees: 

    $200 for Cozy 1, Cozy 2, A River Cabin Retreat, Blue Heron Lodge Sol Duc River & Blue Heron Lodge Calawah River

    $40 for Blue Heron Cabin

    Cleaning fees are charged one per stay regardless of duration, guest count, are in addition to the rent, and subject to WA State tax.
-  No smoking allowed

    (Please note: Guests will be automatically charged an additional cleaning fee if evidence of smoking is found following departure)
-  Regrettably, with the exception of service animals, all cabins are no longer able accommodate pets.
